2023 / 2024 Annual Report

A Note from Rick

This has been a busy time for our organization! We embarked on a strategic planning process over the summer. Our Board and staff – recognizing our strengths and the issues we are facing in the larger landscape in our community – set priorities for Arts Impact moving forward. We strive to:

– Streamline programs and delivery – including focusing on students with disabilities and expanding our intensive delivery model

– Build capacity and infrastructure – by updating Salesforce and hiring/promoting key staff members

– Grow and diversify our footprint – exploring new potential program partners so we are not dependent solely on one “customer”

– Increase outreach and communication – by hiring a team member or consultant who can focus on marketing efforts

– Expand and diversify our funding sources – increasing funding to support our budget which is projected to reach $1,000,000 for the first time in our history

Our programs in schools and community organizations make a difference for students. Our evaluations show they bring joy, increase engagement at school, and help students understand key topics in the arts and content related to science, math, language arts, social studies, or social and emotional learning.

Thank you for your support of Arts Impact and the students we serve. With your investment, we can continue to bring learning to life through art.
