Dear Arts Impact Community,
I am proud of our accomplishments this past year, and I believe you will be, too.
We delivered more programs in 2024-2025 than expected, even as our main program partner, the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, faced significant financial challenges. Our team hustled to find creative funding sources that kept our growth on track. With the increase in programming, we efficiently brought a number of contracted artist-educators up to speed, delivering more than 1,000 sessions in just the spring of 2025.
Our team is top-notch! We made several internal adjustments including well-deserved promotions, and welcomed Amy Eugene, Jen Craun, and Mayme Williams to our staff. You can meet our full team here.
One of our greatest achievements this year was the broadening of our intensive delivery model. We partnered with 8 classrooms, expanding to include a classroom of students with developmental disabilities. Each classroom partnered with our artist-educators for 45 sessions of arts integrated learning. Extensive feedback and evaluation showed that students found joy in learning, increased their engagement, and made measurable academic gains.
We have focused on assessment and evaluation, using real-time data to strengthen our programs and better meet the needs of our students. Quantitative and qualitative feedback from students, teachers, and artist-educators, continues to show that our work makes a real difference for youth.

Another highlight was our first large-scale art exhibition, Creating Impact, held at the main branch of the Cleveland Public Library. Featuring more than 250 works of student art, the show celebrated the courage, curiosity, and imagination that thrive through arts integration. The exhibit was incredible and we’re already planning for next spring!
Thank you for supporting us. Your belief in our mission makes it possible to bring learning to life through art for so many children.
Sincerely,

Rick Grahovac
Executive Director
